After Dr. Matthew Brennan (played by Tom Sizemore) has a one night stand with a woman named Amber (played by Cynthia Watros) in his Manhattan apartment, she jumps out of his window and disappears. However, things take a dark turn when he begins to receive mysterious phone calls and find disturbing messages around his apartment, indicating that Amber may still be alive and seeking revenge. As he becomes more paranoid and spirals out of control, he starts to question his own sanity and whether or not he really did kill her. The situation becomes even more complicated when a detective (played by Jonathon Pryce) starts to investigate Amber's disappearance and begins to uncover some troubling secrets about Dr. Brennan's past. With his career and reputation on the line, Dr. Brennan must confront his own demons and try to unravel the truth before it's too late.
