In Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, a former agent of the cat spy organization MEOWS, Kitty Galore, turns rogue and devises a plan to take over the world. She plans to use a machine called "The Call of the Wild" that will make all the dogs go mad, thus rendering them useless in the fight against her.
The cat spy organization CATS realizes that they cannot stop Kitty Galore on their own and therefore reach out to their sworn enemies, the dogs, for help. The dogs, led by a loyal police dog named Diggs, are initially hesitant to team up with their feline counterparts but soon realize that they need to put their differences aside and work together to save the world.
Along with the help of a few high-tech gadgets and support from a feline field agent named Catherine, the cats and dogs put a stop to Kitty Galore's plan and save the world from her conquest. In the end, both the feline and canine species learn to appreciate each other and end their ongoing war, ushering in a new era of peace and cooperation between the two species.
