Casanova is a 2005 romantic comedy film directed by Lasse Hallström. The film stars Heath Ledger as the famous Italian adventurer and lover, Casanova, and Sienna Miller as Francesca Bruni, a feminist writer who is engaged to a wealthy businessman. The film is set in Venice during the 18th century.
