Carefree is a 1938 screwball comedy film directed by Mark Sandrich and starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Dr. Tony Flagg (Fred Astaire) is a psychoanalyst who is asked by his friend Steven Arden (Ralph Bellamy) to help with his troubled engagement to Amanda Cooper (Ginger Rogers).
