Can't Buy Me Love is a classic 1980s teen romantic comedy film that stars Patrick Dempsey as Ronald Miller and Amanda Peterson as Cindy Mancini. The movie was directed by Steve Rash and written by Michael Swerdlick.
Ronald is a geeky high school student who dreams of being popular. When he saves Cindy from getting grounded by her mother for ruining an expensive outfit, he sees an opportunity to make his dream come true.
