Molly Gallant is a successful marketing executive who plans to launch her own business. However, things take an unexpected turn when her plans get derailed due to certain circumstances. She decides to take a break from her busy life and return to her mother's hometown of Peppermint Hollow.
Molly arrives in Peppermint Hollow just in time for Christmas. She is shocked to see how much the town has changed since the last time she visited. The once-thriving town is now struggling to stay afloat, and the local candy factory that has been the town's main source of income is on the verge of shutting down.
Molly decides to use her marketing skills to help save the factory and the town. She teams up with the factory owner's son, Jake (played by Aaron Jakubenko), to come up with a plan to revitalize the factory and bring in new business. As they work together, Molly and Jake form a bond, and Molly starts to see the charm and beauty of small-town life.
However, Molly's successful career in Los Angeles beckons her back and she has to make a difficult decision. Will she choose her successful career or will she stay in Peppermint Hollow and help save the town she has grown to love?
