Caché, also known as Hidden, is a 2005 French psychological thriller film written and directed by Michael Haneke. The film follows the lives of Georges and Anne, a wealthy Parisian couple, who begin to receive videotapes which show surveillance footage of their everyday lives, along with disturbing drawings and messages.

As the tapes continue to arrive, the couple becomes increasingly bewildered and frightened, searching for the identity of the unknown perpetrator and the motive behind their harassment. Georges, a talk show host, begins to suspect that the tapes are somehow connected to his past, particularly an incident involving a mysterious figure from his childhood.

As the couple's lives unravel, their relationship becomes strained and tense, and they are forced to confront uncomfortable truths about themselves and their marriage. The film explores themes of guilt, shame, and responsibility, as well as the effects of trauma and the impact of secrets and lies on a relationship.

Caché was widely praised for its sophisticated storytelling, tense atmosphere, and provocative themes. It won a number of awards, including Best Director at the Cannes Film Festival, and has been hailed as one of the best films of the 21st century.
