Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever is a 2009 horror film and sequel to the 2002 film Cabin Fever. The movie revolves around a high school prom that is about to take place in a small town. The students and faculty members are excited for the big event.
However, there is a deadly virus spreading in the town, which is caused by a popular brand of bottled water. The virus starts to infect people and turn them into flesh-eating monsters. The infected students and faculty members begin to attack others, and chaos erupts at the prom.
The main protagonist of the film is John, a high school student who tries to stop the virus from spreading and save his friends from becoming infected. John and his friends try to find a way out of the town before it's too late.
