Butt Boy follows a sober detective named Russel Fox (played by Tyler Cornack) who is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a child. During his investigation, Fox begins to suspect that his sponsor, Chip Gutchell (played by Tyler Rice), has a strange ability to make things disappear inside his rectum.
As Fox begins to dig deeper into the case, he becomes convinced that Gutchell is responsible for the missing child and several other disappearances in the area. Fox's obsession with Gutchell grows as he becomes more and more convinced that he has some kind of superpower.
Despite the incredulity of his coworkers and his family, Fox becomes more and more convinced that Gutchell is hiding something dark and dangerous. As his investigation continues, Fox becomes more and more obsessed with the idea that Gutchell can make anything disappear - from animals and objects to humans themselves.
