In the movie Bushwhacked, the inept courier is actually Max Grabelski (played by Daniel Stern), a hapless deliveryman who stumbles upon a group of criminals in the midst of a robbery. They force him to deliver a suitcase filled with stolen money, but things go awry when Max accidentally drops the money in a river.
Desperate to avoid getting caught, Max goes on the run and decides to hide out by pretending to be a Scout leader for a group of misbehaving kids on a camping trip. Max has no idea how to lead a group of Scouts, but he does his best to keep them safe as they navigate through the mountains and avoid dangerous situations.
Meanwhile, both the criminals and the police are hot on Max's trail, leading to a series of comedic and suspenseful encounters as Max tries to stay one step ahead of his pursuers. Along the way, he forms an unlikely bond with the rebellious Scouts and learns some valuable lessons about responsibility and leadership.
