Burn It All follows the story of Alex, a young woman who returns to her small hometown in California after her mother's death. Alex has a traumatic past, which includes being trafficked and abused by men. She is haunted by her past and seeks solace in drugs and alcohol.
When Alex arrives in her hometown, she discovers that her mother's body has been stolen. The local mafia has been involved in organ smuggling, and they have taken her mother's body to harvest organs. Alex sets out to get her mother's body back, but her presence threatens the mafia's operation.
The mafia orders one of their enforcers, a sadistic man named Samael, to kill Alex. Samael is a vicious killer who enjoys causing pain. However, Alex is not an easy target, and she fights back with all she and has the support of a local ally, Liz, who runs a women's shelter.
As Alex and Samael engage in an epic battle of wills, they set off a chain reaction of violence and destruction. Alex is determined to get her mother's body back while Samael will stop at nothing to eliminate her. In the end, Alex learns that the only way out is to confront her past and overcome her fears.
