As Duke and Roy dig deeper, they uncover a sex trafficking ring that has been operating out of the town for years. Duke's brother was killed because he discovered this and was planning to expose it. Determined to bring justice to his brother and the town, Duke and Roy set out to dismantle the ring and take down the corrupt officials.
