In the movie Bring It On: Fight to the Finish, Lina Cruz is a tough and confident cheerleader who has spent most of her life in East Los Angeles. However, her life takes a drastic turn when her single mother remarries and they move to Malibu. Lina feels out of place in her new surroundings, but she soon finds a new purpose when she auditions for the cheerleading team at Malibu Vista High School.
Lina is determined to lead her team to victory at the upcoming All-Star Championship, but she faces opposition from the school's snobbish cheer captain, Avery. The two girls clash over their leadership styles and their different backgrounds, with Avery accusing Lina of being too "urban" for the team.
Meanwhile, Lina finds herself drawing closer to Avery's younger brother, Evan. Evan is a talented musician who shares Lina's love of hip-hop, and the two quickly form a connection. However, Lina's focus on the cheer competition and her rivalry with Avery threatens to derail their blossoming romance.
As the All-Star Championship approaches, Lina and her team work hard to perfect their routines, but Avery is determined to sabotage them at every turn. Lina must dig deep to find the strength and courage to lead her team to victory, despite the obstacles in her way. In the end, she learns that true success comes not just from winning, but from staying true to yourself and the people you love.
