The family consists of a mother named Liza, her husband Sean, and their son Jude. They move into the Heelshire Mansion looking for a fresh start after a traumatic experience. Jude, who is struggling with the aftermath of the experience, discovers an eerie doll buried in the woods behind the mansion. The doll, which he names Brahms, soon becomes his new friend and he develops an unusual attachment to it.
As Jude spends more time with Brahms, strange things start happening in the mansion, and Liza becomes increasingly concerned about her son’s behavior. She soon discovers that the doll is not just a toy, but a vessel for a malevolent spirit that is possessing Jude.
Together with Sean, the family must race against time to uncover the dark secrets of the mansion and save their son before it’s too late. However, they soon discover that the evil that lurks within the mansion is more powerful than they ever imagined.
