Boyne Falls is a thriller film directed by Steve Kopera and released in 2018. The movie follows two childhood friends, Dumb (played by Matthew J. M. Dufffy) and Thumb (played by Juan Monsalvez), who are sent by their employer to attend a mandatory corporate retreat in a remote cabin in the woods of Boyne Falls, Michigan.

Upon their arrival, the friends discover that they are the only attendees of the retreat and the cabin is in a dilapidated state. Left with nothing to do, they decide to spend the night drinking and catching up. As they venture deeper into the forest, they stumble upon an isolated meth lab and are discovered by the drug dealers.

The situation quickly turns for the worse as the drug dealers are led by a sadistic leader called Davie (played by Axel Harney) who is not willing to let anyone leave alive. Dumb and Thumb are forced to fight for their lives as they attempt to escape the meth lab and make their way back to civilization.

The film features twists and turns, as well as unexpected character developments, leading to an exhilarating conclusion. Boyne Falls is a well-executed thriller that keeps the audience on their toes until the very end, exploring themes of friendship, morality, and survival in the face of danger.
