The movie Boy Wonder follows the story of Sean Donovan, a young boy who witnessed his mother's murder. The traumatic experience leaves Sean scarred for life and sets him on a path of vengeance. As he grows up, Sean becomes obsessed with finding his mother's killer and bringing him to justice.
During the day, Sean appears to be a normal high school student, excelling in his studies and keeping to himself. But at night, he dons a costume and takes to the streets, acting as a vigilante and dispensing his own brand of justice.
However, as Sean's obsession with finding his mother's killer intensifies, his dual life begins to take a toll on his mental state. He struggles to balance his need for revenge with his own morality and begins to question whether his actions are righteous or simply driven by his own desire for vengeance.
As Sean's two worlds collide, he finds himself caught in a dangerous web of deceit and corruption. The film explores themes of morality, justice, and the blurred lines between right and wrong.
Boy Wonder features an impressive cast, including Caleb Steinmeyer as Sean Donovan, Zulay Henao as Teresa Ames, Sean's mentor, and Bill Sage as Larry Childs, the man responsible for Sean's mother's murder. The film is directed by Michael Morrissey and was released in 2010.
