Meanwhile, Helena's father, an influential businessman, hires a lawyer to take legal action against Dr. Cavanaugh. In the end, Dr. Cavanaugh is arrested for his crimes and Helena is freed from her captivity.

Boxing Helena received mixed reviews upon its release but has since developed a cult following. The film tackles themes of obsession, control, and gender power dynamics in relationships.
