In Bordertown, Lauren Adrian arrives in the Mexican border town of Juarez ready to dig into the story of the murdered maquiladora factory workers. She teams up with a local newspaper reporter, Diaz (Antonio Banderas), who has been doggedly covering the issue for years. Together, they uncover a web of corruption involving the factory owners, police, and politicians. They face danger and threats as they try to find evidence to bring those responsible to justice.
