In Borderline, we follow Charli as she deals with the aftermath of a difficult divorce and a son who no longer wants anything to do with her. In an attempt to numb her pain and fill the void in her life, Charli turns to opiates, quickly spiraling into addiction.
As her addiction takes hold, Charli's mental health deteriorates, causing her to lash out at those around her, leaving a trail of broken relationships and fractured friendships in her wake. Even her job as a nurse is at risk as her behavior becomes increasingly erratic.
In a desperate attempt to straighten out her life and regain control, Charli checks herself into rehab. But as she confronts her demons, she realizes that years of trauma and neglect have left her ill-equipped to deal with her addiction and mental health issues.
As Charli struggles to hold onto her sobriety, she faces some tough choices and must confront the dark corners of her past. With time running out, she must find a way to beat her addiction and come out the other side stronger, or risk slipping back into a life of darkness and destruction.
