Boomerang Family is a South Korean film that revolves around the story of a 48-year-old movie director, In-mo, who moves in with his mother and 50-year-old older brother Han-mo, who is divorced and unemployed. In-mo is struggling with a mid-life crisis and decides to move back in with his family temporarily. However, things take a turn when their younger sister, Mi-yeon, who has been living abroad, comes back with her teenage daughter to live with them as well.
