The businessman responsible for bringing the python to the United States is named Broddick, and he had plans to use the massive snake for exotic animal wrestling matches. However, during the transportation of the python, the container carrying the snake is accidentally bumped and shattered, allowing the python to escape and wreak havoc.
FBI agent, Sharpe, is put on the case, as the python's attacks become more frequent and deadly. Sharpe teams up with snake specialist, Monica, who has been working on a secret project involving a bioengineered, 70-foot boa constrictor known as "The Ghost."
Sharpe and Monica devise a plan to capture the python by luring it into a trap with the stronger and larger "Ghost." However, things quickly take a turn for the worse when the two snakes begin to engage in a fierce battle for dominance. As the two massive serpents clash in the streets of the city, Sharpe and Monica must find a way to stop them before more innocent lives are lost.
