The protagonist, Alex, is a former pharmaceutical executive who lost his job after blowing the whistle on the company's unethical practices. To make ends meet, Alex starts a side business selling vaping products but discovers that a powerful organization is using his e-liquids to distribute a highly addictive and deadly opioid.
Terrified for his life, Alex goes on the run, trying to gather evidence and expose the conspiracy. However, the organization is ruthless and follows him across the country, targeting his friends and family. As Alex digs deeper, he discovers that the opioid vape conspiracy is only the tip of the iceberg, and that the organization has connections to the highest levels of government.
