After being unleashed on the brothel, the Bloody Nun begins her killing spree, targeting both the workers and the patrons of the establishment. As the night progresses, the unholy victims must band together to try and survive the nun's wrath.
Meanwhile, a group of paranormal investigators become aware of the situation and rush to the brothel to try and stop the Bloody Nun once and for all. As they uncover the dark history behind the nun's curse, they realize that the only way to defeat her is to uncover the truth and put her spirit to rest.
However, as the body count rises and the terror escalates, it becomes clear that the Bloody Nun is more powerful and vengeful than ever before. Will the survivors be able to overcome her curse and stop the nun's reign of terror, or will they become her next victims in a night of bloody mayhem?
