Bloodshot is a 2020 American superhero film directed by Dave Wilson and written by Jeff Wadlow and Eric Heisserer, based on the Valiant Comics character of the same name. The film stars Vin Diesel in the lead role of Ray Garrison/Bloodshot, alongside Eiza González, Sam Heughan, Toby Kebbell, and Guy Pearce.
The story follows Ray Garrison, a Marine who is killed along with his wife by a group of terrorists. He is then resurrected by a team of scientists from the RST Corporation, who have replaced his blood with millions of nanobots that give him enhanced physical abilities and the ability to regenerate from any injury.
As he recovers and begins training with the other RST supersoldiers, Ray struggles with the memory of his former life. However, once he learns the truth about his resurrection and the memories of who killed his wife, he breaks out of the facility in order to seek revenge.
As Ray tracks down the truth, he slowly discovers that everything is not as it seems, and the conspiracy behind his resurrection is much bigger and more dangerous than anyone could have ever imagined. In the end, Ray must confront the true villains behind his situation in a thrilling and action-packed finale.
