The homeless loner, Willy, is struggling to survive on the streets until he comes across the self-storage facility and decides to make it his new home. He discovers that the facility is already inhabited by a group of eccentric squatters, each with their own unique personalities and quirks. Her child went missing in the facility years ago, and she has since become obsessed with finding them. Karen is convinced that one of the squatters has her child and sets out to hunt them down.
As the night wears on, Karen's madness becomes more apparent, and the group realizes that they are trapped with a dangerous and possibly insane woman. Willy must put aside his own struggles and work with the other squatters to survive the night and escape Karen's wrath.
