The film follows the story of a woman, Nadja (played by Peri Baumeister), who suffers from a mysterious illness. Along with her son, she boards a transatlantic overnight flight from Germany to New York in the hopes of seeking medical treatment. But things take a turn for the worse when a group of terrorists hijack the plane and threaten to kill everyone on board.
Nadja, faced with an impossible situation, is forced to reveal her secret to the other passengers as she unleashes her inner monster to fight off the terrorists and protect her son.
