The movie Blood Hook follows the story of a small town in Wisconsin that is hosting a local fishing tournament. The residents of the town are preparing for the event, but it soon becomes evident that something is amiss when people begin to disappear inexplicably while fishing.
Suspicion mounts, and as the tournament continues, the deaths become more gruesome and frequent. The local sheriff is at a loss to explain the murders, but as he investigates, he discovers that there is a giant hook lurking in the depths of the lake, dragging unsuspecting fishermen to their deaths.
As the body count rises, tensions run high, and the residents of the town begin to turn on each other. It isn't until a young couple begins to investigate the strange occurrences that the real killer is revealed.
It turns out that the killer is a local man who has created a giant mechanical fish hook and is using it to exact revenge on those he believes wronged him. The young couple finds themselves in a race against time to stop the killer before more innocent people are killed.
