The two brothers, Michael and George Tutman, are carrying out the orders of their deceased uncle Anwar, who was a renowned cannibal and necromancer. Anwar, who was also a follower of the ancient Egyptian goddess Sheetar, left behind a manuscript detailing how to resurrect her through a ritual involving a virgin sacrifice and a blood-soaked book.
To complete the ritual, the Tutman brothers must obtain 13 different body parts from women in order to create a "blood buffet" for Sheetar's awakening. They operate a failing vegetarian restaurant as a cover, where they serve unsuspecting patrons the meat they have harvested from their victims.
The brothers recruit a young woman named Sheba to be the virgin sacrifice during their ritual. However, Sheba discovers their true intentions and vows to stop them. With the help of her boyfriend, another victim's sister and a detective investigating the murders, Sheba tries to prevent the brothers from completing the ritual and establishing Sheetar's reign.
The film is known for its dark humor, gory and bizarre scenes, and over-the-top performances. It is a cult classic in the horror comedy genre, paying homage to classic horror films and exploitation cinema.
