As the synopsis suggests, Blood Creek follows two brothers, Evan and Victor Marshall, who are seeking revenge against a Nazi scientist who experimented on their family during World War II. They track the scientist to a secluded farm in West Virginia, where they discover that he has been conducting a bizarre occult experiment involving ancient runes and human sacrifice.
The brothers soon find themselves fighting for their lives as they become trapped in the experiment's twisted web.
