After arriving in Hell, Ichigo and his group meet the ruler of Hell, Enma Dai? and his son, who are both surprised by the presence of a living human in their realm. Enma Dai? reveals that Yuzu has been taken to the depths of Hell, and that they must pass through the Nine Circles of Hell to reach her. Along the way, they encounter several Unforgiven, who question their motives and allegiance.
Ichigo also continues to struggle with his hollow powers, and at one point, he nearly loses control and becomes fully hollowfied. However, Kokut? intervenes and helps him regain control. As they descend deeper into Hell, they discover that Shuren, the leader of the Unforgiven, has a personal vendetta against Enma Dai?, and plans to overthrow him and take control of Hell for himself.
In the final battle, Ichigo and his allies face off against Shuren and his army of Unforgiven, while Enma Dai? and his son confront a powerful entity called "The Sinners". Despite facing overwhelming odds, Ichigo is able to tap into his full potential, donning his iconic Bankai form and unleashing a devastating attack that defeats Shuren and saves Yuzu.
In the aftermath, Ichigo and his group return to the living world, with renewed respect and admiration for each other and their respective abilities. The film ends with a cryptic teaser for a potential sequel, as Kokut? hints at a larger, more sinister threat lurking in the background.
