Black Water is a 2018 action-thriller film directed by Pasha Patriki and written by Chad Law, who also produced the project alongside Saban Films. The film stars Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, and Patrick Kilpatrick in the lead roles.
The story follows a deep cover operative named Wheeler (Van Damme) who wakes up onboard a submarine, with no recollection of how he got there.
