Black Out is a Dutch crime thriller directed by Arne Toonen and starring Raymond Thiry, Kim van Kooten, and Bas Keizer. The story revolves around Jos Vreeswijk (played by Thiry), a retired criminal who has gone straight and is now engaged to his girlfriend Caroline (van Kooten). However, his past catches up with him when he wakes up with a gunshot wound in his head and discovers that a gang of ruthless criminals led by the psychopathic Don Migs (played by Simon Armstrong) has accused him of stealing a bag of cocaine and implicated Caroline in the theft.

With his memory impaired due to his injury, Jos has to piece together the events of his blackout and retrace his steps to find the missing cocaine before the gangsters kill Caroline. His only help comes from his loyal friend Kees (played by René van 't Hof), who is also a former criminal, and a teenage boy named Youssef (played by Danny de Kok), who is a drug dealer and owes Jos a favor.

As Jos digs deeper into his past, he realizes that he has been set up by Don Migs and his cohorts, who are trying to eliminate him and Caroline to cover up their own mistakes. Jos also discovers that the missing cocaine is worth a lot more than he thought, and there are other parties interested in getting their hands on it, including a corrupt policeman (played by Katja Schuurman) and a Russian mafia boss (played by Sergei Polunin).

As the clock ticks down, Jos and his allies engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse with the gangsters and other players, using their wits, skills, and weapons to outsmart and eliminate them. The tense and violent action culminates in a violent showdown at a deserted warehouse, where Jos finally confronts Don Migs and his henchmen and gets his revenge.

Black Out is a dark and gritty crime thriller that blends humor, suspense, and violence, with a strong performance by Raymond Thiry as the beleaguered hero and clever twists and turns in the plot. It was released in the Netherlands in 2012 and has since gained a cult following among fans of the genre.
