Birds of Prey follows Harley Quinn as she navigates life after breaking up with the Joker. Without the protection of her ex-partner, Harley finds herself vulnerable to the threats of Gotham City. She crosses paths with Black Canary, a singer and vigilante with a powerful voice; Huntress, a highly trained assassin seeking to avenge her family; and Renee Montoya, a hard-nosed police detective.
The four women come together to protect a young girl named Cassandra Cain, who has stolen a valuable diamond from crime lord Roman Sionis aka Black Mask. As they try to save Cassandra from Sionis and his henchmen, the group discovers that they have more in common than they thought and decide to team up as the Birds of Prey.
The movie features action-packed fight scenes and humorous moments as Harley Quinn tries to find her place in a world without the Joker. It also explores the different backgrounds and motivations of the Birds of Prey, emphasizing their strength and resilience as women in a male-dominated society.
