Biosphere follows the journey of two astronauts, John and Michael, who are the last remaining humans on earth after a catastrophic event that wiped out the planet's population. They live inside a self-sustaining biosphere that was designed to support human life for a limited period, which is now their only hope for survival and the future of humanity.
The two men have to face the challenges of isolation, loneliness, and mental and physical health issues that come with being the only human beings left on earth. John and Michael must learn to rely on each other and work together to keep the biosphere operational, but tensions between them rise as they struggle with the weight of their responsibilities and their differing personalities.
As time passes, John and Michael start to see signs that they may not be the only living beings left on the planet. They embark on a dangerous mission outside the biosphere to investigate, and what they discover could change everything they know about the world and their place in it.
As they work to adapt and evolve to the new reality they face, John and Michael realize that the fate of humanity rests on their shoulders, and they must overcome their differences and come together to save the future of their species.
