Bingo Bongo is a 1982 Italian comedy film directed by Pasquale Festa Campanile and starring Adriano Celentano and Carole Bouquet. The plot revolves around a wild man named Bingo Bongo who is found in the depths of the African jungle by a group of explorers. They bring him back to civilization where he is studied by anthropologists and scientists, but they cannot communicate with him as he speaks in his own unique language.

Laura, a female anthropologist, takes a special interest in Bingo Bongo, believing that he may have human qualities that need to be explored further. She begins to teach him how to speak and act like a human being, and soon discovers that he is intelligent and compassionate.
