Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey is a 1991 American science fiction comedy film and a sequel to the 1989 film, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. The film was directed by Peter Hewitt, and stars Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter, and William Sadler.

The movie begins with Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves) struggling to write a song that will unite the world. Meanwhile, a villain from the future named De Nomolos (Joss Ackland) sends two evil robot duplicates of Bill and Ted (also played by Winter and Reeves) back in time to kill the real Bill and Ted and take over the world.

The robot doubles succeed in killing Bill and Ted, and the two are sent to the afterlife. They discover that they must win a competition against Death (William Sadler) in order to return to the land of the living. The competition involves playing a series of board games, including Battleship, Clue, and Twister.

As Bill and Ted journey through the afterlife, they encounter numerous famous historical figures, including Socrates, Beethoven, and Abraham Lincoln. They also meet Station, two aliens who can combine into a single, giant alien.

Eventually, Bill and Ted defeat Death in a game of "Twister" and return to the real world. They build good robot duplicates of themselves to battle the evil robot duplicates and finally complete the song that will unite the world.

The film was a box office success and has since become a cult classic. It is known for its humor, time travel plot, and portrayal of the afterlife.
