Big Bad Wolves is a 2013 Israeli thriller film directed by Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado. The movie follows the story of three men whose lives intersect due to a series of brutal murders that take place in Tel Aviv, Israel. The first man is a grieving father named Gidi (Tzahi Grad), whose daughter was kidnapped and murdered. He becomes obsessed with finding the killer and seeking revenge by any means necessary.
The second man is a police detective named Micki (Lior Ashkenazi) who is leading the investigation into the murders. Micki is unconventional and willing to cross ethical lines in order to catch the killer. He becomes convinced that a mild-mannered religion teacher named Dror (Rotem Keinan) is responsible for the murders, and he decides to take matters into his own hands.
The third man is Dror himself, who is suspected of being the killer. Although he seems like an ordinary, harmless man, his behavior becomes increasingly suspicious as the investigation progresses. Gidi kidnaps Dror and tortures him in an attempt to extract a confession, while Micki watches from afar, unsure of what to do.
The movie is a dark, twisted thriller that explores the themes of vengeance, morality, and justice. It features intense, graphic violence and disturbing scenes, but also has moments of dark humor and satire.
