As Claire and Zach try to adjust to life without their surrogate-turned-nanny, they quickly realize they are in over their heads. They're both overworked lawyers with busy schedules, and they struggle to find the time to care for their baby. One day, a mysterious woman named Martha shows up at their door claiming to have been the surrogate's childhood nanny. Martha is friendly and helpful, and the couple is grateful for the extra pair of hands around the house.
