The movie Beverly Hills Ninja follows the main character of Haru, who was orphaned as a child and washes ashore in Japan. He is mistaken for the legendary White Ninja and taken in by a clan of skilled ninjas who raise him as their own. However, Haru is not like the other ninjas. He is large and clumsier than the others and struggles to fit in with the rest of the group. Despite his shortcomings, Haru is determined to prove himself as a true ninja.
When a beautiful blonde woman named Sally, played by Nicollette Sheridan, approaches Haru for help, he sees it as his opportunity to finally prove his worth. Sally asks Haru to help her find a missing temple, and he agrees to help her. This sets off a series of dangerous and hilarious events that take Haru to the glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills.
Once in Beverly Hills, Haru meets a quirky private investigator named Gobei, played by Chris Rock, who helps him on his mission. Together, they encounter a variety of obstacles, including a group of skilled assassins, a rival ninja, and a corrupt businessman, played by Robin Shou.
Throughout the movie, Haru finds himself in one comical situation after another as he continues his pursuit of the missing temple and tries to prove himself as a true ninja. In the end, Haru learns that being a ninja is not just about physical strength and skill but about honor, courage, and determination.
