Between Two Ferns: The Movie is a mockumentary-style comedy film directed by Scott Aukerman and starring Zach Galifianakis as himself. The movie follows Zach and his crew as they embark on a road trip to conduct a series of celebrity interviews in an attempt to restore Zach's public image and become a respected talk show host.

Throughout the film, Zach and his team encounter a number of setbacks and obstacles, including an unexpected confrontation with actor Matthew McConaughey, a disastrous interview with former North Carolina governor Jim Jimnesse, and an emotional breakdown by Zach himself.

As the interviews progress, Zach begins to question the true purpose of his show and whether or not he truly cares about the opinions of others. In the end, he comes to the realization that his quest for fame and fortune has caused him to lose sight of what's truly important in life.

Between Two Ferns: The Movie features a number of notable celebrities, including David Letterman, Keanu Reeves, Brie Larson, Paul Rudd, and many more. The film has received mixed reviews from critics, with some praising its clever satire and irreverent humor, while others feel the film relies too heavily on its celebrity cameos and lacks a cohesive storyline.
