The movie was released in 1995 and directed by Phillip Rhee, who also plays the lead character Tommy Lee. The story takes place in a small town where a group of neo-Nazis called the Arian brotherhood are taking over and bullying the locals. Tommy Lee visits his sister and her family and witnesses the brutality of the neo-Nazis firsthand. He decides to stay and help his brother-in-law (played by Christopher McDonald) to get rid of the hate group.
Tommy Lee, being a Taekwondo master, uses his skills to fight the neo-Nazis and even dresses up in a Homie the Killer Clown costume to confuse them. The movie is full of action sequences and fight scenes, and many scenes show Tommy and his brother-in-law strategizing to take down the Arian brotherhood.
The film also features a romance between Tommy Lee and a local woman who is also being threatened by the neo-Nazis. Throughout the movie, they work together to try to bring peace back to the town.
Overall, Best of the Best 3: No Turning Back is a fun and action-packed movie that tackles the issue of racism and hate groups. It may not be the most critically acclaimed martial arts film, but it has its moments of entertainment and excitement.
