Beavis and Butt-Head, two teenage slackers, live in the fictional town of Highland, Texas. They wake up one morning to discover that their beloved television set has been stolen. Determined to replace it, they set out on a journey across America, mistakenly believing that Las Vegas is the perfect place to buy a new TV.
Along the way, they encounter a host of bizarre and colorful characters, including a vengeful old lady, a sleazy motel owner, and a couple of bickering ATF agents. They also wind up unwittingly carrying a biological weapon in their possession, which puts them on the radar of the FBI.
As they stumble through their quest, Beavis and Butt-Head become unwitting pawns in a high-stakes game of espionage and are soon pursued by both the FBI and the criminals who want to get their hands on the weapon.
Despite their cluelessness, Beavis and Butt-Head unwittingly outsmart and defeat their pursuers. They eventually find themselves face-to-face with the culprit behind the theft of their TV, and they manage to get the last laugh.
Along the way, the film features the duo's trademark humor, including their signature laugh and a constant stream of vulgar and lowbrow jokes. The soundtrack features music from notable artists of the time, including White Zombie, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Rancid.
