The story begins with Woo-jin and Ji-ho struggling to cope with the loss of Soo-a, who died a year ago. However, they are both comforted by the hope that she promised to return when the rainy season comes around. Just as they begin to lose hope, a mysterious woman resembling Soo-a comes to their door, claiming to be her.

As the family reunites, they begin to navigate the complexities of their changed situation. Soo-a has no memory of her time with her husband and son, and Woo-jin must help her remember their past together. Throughout the film, flashbacks reveal the touching love story of Woo-jin and Soo-a and the sacrifices they made for each other. As they try to rebuild their family, they must confront the painful truth that their time together may be limited. The film ultimately delivers a poignant and heartwarming message about the power of love and the importance of cherishing the time we have with our loved ones.
