Bayonet is a 2018 drama film directed by Kyzza Terrazas, co-written by Kyzza Terrazas and Paulo Goncalves, and starring Luis Gerardo Méndez as Miguel “Bayoneta” Galíndez, one of the most successful boxers from Tijuana.
The film begins with Miguel living a lonely and quiet life in Finland, where he works as a dishwasher and a boxing trainer. Though he is content with his simple life, he is haunted by memories of his past mistakes and loses hope for a better future.

As Miguel starts to reconnect with his daughter, he is forced to confront his inner demons and decide between staying in Finland or returning to Tijuana to pursue his career and seek redemption.
