Nuclear Nightmare: Infected by the Attic Monster

Horror  United Kingdom

The movie Bats was directed by Louis Morneau and was released in 1999. The film starred Lou Diamond Phillips, Dina Meyer, and Leon.

The story takes place in a small town in Texas near a nuclear power plant that had a meltdown years earlier. The town was evacuated and has been closed off for more than a decade. A group of scientists have been studying the bats in the area and have discovered that they are infected with a deadly virus. The virus has the potential to trigger a global pandemic if it were to spread.

Naturally, the scientists decide to exterminate the bats, but they don't count on the fact that there is a giant, mutated bat living in the area. The monster bat has been feeding off the infected bats, and as a result, has become stronger and more deadly.

The movie follows a group of people forced to return to the town when their loved ones' remains are discovered in the area. Upon returning, they discover the monster bat living in their attic, and they must find a way to survive the night.

As the night goes on, the group begins to realize that they are being infected by the deadly virus, and they must work together to find a way to escape the town before it's too late. Meanwhile, the monster bat continues to stalk them, picking them off one by one.

Ultimately, the survivors must find a way to stop the monster bat and escape the infected town before the virus spreads and destroys the world.
