In Batman Forever, the main antagonist is Two-Face, who was once Harvey Dent, the District Attorney of Gotham City. After a courtroom accident, Dent becomes disfigured on one side of his face and blames Batman for his condition.
Meanwhile, Edward Nygma, a former employee of Bruce Wayne, becomes obsessed with gaining recognition for his inventions and creates a device to beam people's thoughts into his own mind. He adopts the identity of The Riddler and sets out to destroy Wayne and Batman.
Batman must protect his alter ego, Bruce Wayne, from The Riddler while also trying to stop Two-Face from wreaking havoc on the city. To aid him in his battle, Batman takes on a new partner, Robin, a former circus acrobat whose family was killed by Two-Face.
As the plot unfolds, Batman is forced to confront his own inner demons and decide whether or not to trust his new ally, Robin. The film's action-packed sequences include car chases, fights, and dramatic aerial stunts. In the end, Batman and Robin manage to defeat Two-Face and The Riddler, saving the city from destruction.
