In the magical world of the Twillerbees, Thumbelina is smaller than the other inhabitants of the community and is often seen as different. However, she is also beloved by her fellow Twillerbees for her courage, kind heart, and love of nature.
One day, Thumbelina and her two best friends, Chrysella and Janessa, have their home uprooted by Makena, a spoiled young girl who collects exotic plants as her hobby. The trio is transported to Makena’s extravagant apartment complex in the city, where they are initially in awe of the luxury and technology around them.
However, they soon realize that they are far from their natural habitat and must find a way back to their own home.
