Bang Bang You're Dead follows the story of Trevor Adams, a high school student who has been bullied by his peers for years. One day, he writes a play called "Bang Bang You're Dead," which depicts a school shooting. In an unexpected turn of events, the play is chosen by the drama teacher to be performed at the school.

As the play is staged, Trevor's fellow students begin to realize the impact of their actions towards him. However, things take a darker turn when Trevor's past mental health struggles resurface and he starts to exhibit violent behavior.
