Once in the city, Joe encounters all of the challenges that come with civilization, including bureaucratic red tape and a complex legal system. He comically navigates his way through the foreign and confusing environment, all while attempting to obtain the necessary permits and licenses.
While in the city, Joe also meets a beautiful activist named Dorianne who takes an interest in his cause. Together, they begin to uncover Torsillo's corrupt plans and work to stop him from destroying Joe's way of life in Amantido.
