Bama Rush follows four young women, all with different backgrounds and personalities, as they prepare to go through sorority recruitment at the University of Alabama in 2022. The girls are excited to be part of the tradition and sisterhood that comes with being in a sorority at Bama, but quickly realize that the process isn't as glamorous as it seems on social media.

As they go through the rounds of recruitment, they face rejection, judgments, and questioning whether they truly belong in the Greek system. The film shows the emotional toll that the rush process can take on a person's self-esteem and relationships.

The girls grapple with the pressure to fit a certain mold, and struggle with the internal conflict of wanting to be accepted but not wanting to change who they are. They also navigate the complexity of race and privilege within the sorority system, and how it affects their experiences during rush.

Throughout the film, the girls confront their own biases and learn to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. In the end, they each find their own path, whether that's being accepted into a sorority or realizing that it isn't for them.
